The Feeling of Helplessness
I sat in my classroom, my mind filled with thoughts of the past few days. I couldn’t shake the feeling of helplessness. I had been in a difficult situation, and I had felt like there was nothing I could do to change it.
As the day went on, I realized that I had become too无能为力 to change anything. I had been trying my best, but I had become too focused on the present to worry about the future. I had been trying to take care of my own needs, but I had let my needs压倒了我的能力.

I started to take care of my own needs in a different way. I started to prioritize my own happiness, and I started to think about the things that mattered to me. I realized that I had been focusing on the wrong things, and I needed to change that.
I also realized that I had the power to change my own situation. I had the power to focus on the future, and I had the power to make myself happy. I needed to believe in myself, and I needed to make myself believe that I could do anything.
The feeling of helplessness is a powerful feeling. It can make you feel like there is nothing you can do, and it can make you feel like you are unable to change anything.
